Department of Pre-School Education:
Pre-School Education Department is a 4-year undergraduate program within the Department of Basic Education of the Faculty of Education. The aim of this program is to contribute to the field by providing pre-school prospective teachers with information, skills, behaviors and habits related to the vocational and field related to early childhood children who play an important role in the healthy development of physical, mental, emotional and social aspects. it is located.
Education and training:
Pre-School Education degree program of Higher Education, Turkey prepared under the Higher Education Qualifications Framework that follows the National Curriculum; field knowledge, pedagogical formation, general culture, general ability, practical courses and elective courses. Lectures are conducted theoretically and practically. Theoretical lessons in the program are given in technology-supported environments. Applied courses are carried out in cooperation with the Faculty of Education, Provincial National Education Directorate and Implementation Schools under the supervision of the Implementing Instructor or the Implementing Teacher.
Students who are studying in this program must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 in order to graduate. The minimum ECTS required to be earned for graduation is 240. Students are also required to complete compulsory internships at the same time and in the specified time.
Working places:
Pre-school Teacher Undergraduate program graduates are working as pre-school teachers under the title of "Pre-School Teacher" and official and private (kindergarten, kindergarten, kindergarten, child club) institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Graduates can continue their postgraduate education and work as teaching staff in higher education institutions.
